Standing in the Question is Kristen's clarity-igniting toolkit for moving from stuck to unstuck with confidence, courage, and a clearer sense of the next honest step.
Map the stuck place. Ask the honest question. Move with more courage. When the swirl gets loud
Being stuck can feel complicated: too many options, too much pressure, not enough trust in the path ahead. Standing in the Question gives that moment a shape.
The drawings are simple on purpose. They make room for the deeper work: noticing where you are, naming what is asking for attention, and choosing a next step that feels aligned instead of forced.
How it began
For more than 20 years, Kristen helped people navigate the kinds of stuck places that can leave a person anxious, exhausted, or unsure where to turn next.
Her professional training gave her plenty of strategies. But the biggest aha moments often arrived through something simpler and more alive: a little drawing, a well-told story, and the right question at the right time.
Standing in the Question grew from that discovery into a tactile map people can return to when they are ready to stop circling the problem and begin listening for the way through.
How the process works
The map helps you locate the stuck place without making it heavier than it already is.
The workbook helps you shape a question that opens possibility instead of tightening the problem.
Guided reflection helps you move with clarity, confidence, and practical forward motion.
Inside the toolkit
The Standing in the Question Navigational Toolkit brings together Kristen's map, guidebook, Creating the Question cards, and workbook support so the process can live on your desk, in a coaching session, or beside the conversation you are trying to understand.
